  • “Kim takes you quietly on a journey to reflect, understand and make sense of your reactions. I am so grateful to Kim for what I have learnt about myself and for what I have been able to put into practice over the past few months. Kim has shown me a different way to apply my knowledge and supported me to change my language around teaching others in my workplace. I want to thank Kim for providing a safe space for me to unpack my feelings and for her patience and kindness.”

    – Ruth, Coaching Client

  • “In just a few months of working with Kim, I have been empowered to make changes in my life that have had a huge impact on my day to day, and my overall quality of life. Kim has helped me to learn how my brain is wired, and helped me use my values, strengths and talents to my advantage. Kim is so passionate about helping her clients achieve their best, and I cannot recommend her services enough.”

    — Hannah, Coaching Client

  • “Working with Kim has been life changing beyond my expectiations! I have gained more clarity and knowledge on ADHD and how it affects me personally. This improved self-awareness has supported me to accept myself for who I am, and given me the confidence to work with my ADHD rather than battle against it. Each session I learn more about myself, and can see the growth in my life. Initially I did not know what to expect with coaching, but I would say to anyone considering it ' just do it'.”

    — Laura, Coaching Client

  • “Coaching with Kim has been life-changing.

I didn’t realise how much I needed ADHD coaching until I started working with Kim. From the beginning, she created a supportive and non-judgmental space where I felt truly seen and understood—sometimes even more than I understand myself.

Through our sessions, I’ve come to understand that ADHD doesn’t define me. I’ve learned to approach myself with compassion, recognise my strengths, and develop coping strategies that actually work for me. For the first time, I don’t feel defective—I feel human.

After years of therapy that didn’t quite click, this coaching has helped me make real progress because it speaks directly to the way my brain works. It’s like having a wise, encouraging buddy by my side who gets all my quirks and helps me see them in a new light.

If I had a bottomless pit of money, I’d sign up for life. That’s how valuable this has been.”

    — Helen, Coaching Client

  • “This coaching gave me the tools—and the self-awareness—I didn’t know I was missing.”

Working with Kim has helped me understand how ADHD shows up in my daily life and, more importantly, how to work with it rather than against it. Through our sessions, I gained clarity on my core values and learned how to use them to reframe difficult tasks and decisions. That shift alone has helped me feel more motivated, capable, and in control.

We took a strengths-based approach, which helped me stop seeing myself as a problem to fix, and instead as someone with unique ways of thinking who just needed the right support. I now understand the importance of things like accountability and clear goal-setting—and how they can actually work for me when tailored to how my brain works.

Engaging in this process has been deeply satisfying. I feel like I finally have access to the kind of support I’ve always needed, but never knew existed. It’s empowering to realise that with the right tools and perspective, I can make meaningful changes in my life.”

 Frequently asked questions

  • ADHD coaching is a specialized type of coaching that is facilitated by a coach that has a deep understanding of ADHD and how it may interact in your life. Coaching is centered around a collaborative partnership where there is space to have a non-judgemental conversation, to learn more about how your ADHD brain works, and to implement strategies that work with your brain rather than against it.

  • Anyone diagnosed with ADHD or who believes they have ADHD traits can benefit from ADHD coaching. This includes teens, adults, and even seniors. Parents, teachers, spouses and colleagues/managers who support someone with ADHD can also find value in these sessions.

  • While both counselling and coaching offer support, they have different approaches. Counselling is therapeutic and focuses on looking back to support healing. Coaching has a wellness focus that uses practical strategies and tools to look forward in a solution-focused and action-orientated manner.

  • No, you don't need an official diagnosis. If you suspect you have ADHD or face challenges that you believe are related to ADHD, coaching is beneficial. In fact coaching is beneficial to anyone and everyone who wants to take action on things that matter to them!

  • During a coaching session, you are in control and set the agenda for discussion. Sessions follow a general structure where you have an opportunity to raise a topic for discussion, which is then explored. With careful listening and curiosity, a coach will support you to develop clarity around your intentions, choices and actions, and support you to work towards outcomes that feel purposeful and satisfying.

  • The frequency of coaching sessions varies depending on individual needs. Some clients benefit from weekly sessions, while others might prefer bi-weekly or monthly check-ins. It's tailored to what works best for you.

  • Absolutely. Confidentiality is a top priority. Your privacy is respected and maintained at all times by Kim, who abides by the ICF and PAAC Code of Ethics requirements for coaching confidentiality.

  • No, while ADHD coaching can assist those facing challenges specific to ADHD, it also focuses on emphasizing and leveraging an individual's personal strengths, dreams, and goals.

  • Topics discussed in a coaching session are led by you. Typically sessions focus on areas of life that feel difficult or unsatisfying for you that you would like to change, or they can focus on something new that you may like to action. Topics are generally varied but for many AHDH'ers there are consistent themes involving motivation, getting started on tasks, balancing commitments, impulse control, improving self esteem, managing time, sleep, nutrition, exercise, stress management and relationships.

  • Outcomes vary based on individual intentions and actions. However, some common benefits include an improved understanding of your ADHD brain, increased satisfaction from using personal strengths, enhanced decision-making skills, and greater self-confidence.

  • An ADHD accountability coach helps you follow through on your goals — not just set them. Through regular check-ins and personalised strategies, your coach becomes a thinking partner and gentle nudge, helping you stay focused, break tasks into manageable steps, and bounce back when you feel stuck. For adults with ADHD, this kind of structured support can be a game-changer in turning ideas into action.

  • The journey is yours. While Kim might suggest tools or exercises, your actions outside the sessions are entirely up to you and making change takes work.

  • Kim strives to be available during work hours and is receptive to contact between sessions if required. This can be arranged on an individual basis. However, remember that coaching isn't a crisis service.

  • Typically, 3-4 months. But every journey is unique. You're free to determine the length of your coaching journey.
